Our highest priority in our corporate client engagements is to create unprecedented value, to create a culture of health, and to ensure positive business impact in the organization. We follow a three phase engagement process to achieve desired results:

  1. Definition
    Each organization is unique. During this phase, we work closely with our clients to clearly understand the needs, challenges, goals and objectives in order to align and customize our solution to meet the corporate objectives.
  2. Implementation
    This phase includes customization, integration and deployment of the SelfOptima platform into the corporate environment. We complement our online platform by offering onsite and offsite workshops across various topics to support and maintain the culture of health.
  3. Evaluation
    We want to over deliver on our promise. It is critical for us to have visibility on the impact to the organization across the previously defined success metrics and constantly refine and enhance the system.
