  1. What is SelfOptima? SelfOptima is a virtual health coach platform with emphasis on preventative care and maintaining and optimizing health with credible, evidence-based information on natural health and wellness.
  2. Why use SelfOptima? To optimize and elevate your health and wellness using accurate and reliable information and guidance
  3. Why sign up with SelfOptima? By signing up with SelfOptima, you will get personalized tips, advice and referrals along with track and feedback mechanisms customized to your specific needs to get you further on your path to optimum health.
  4. How do I sign up with SelfOptima? After taking the mini Assessment, on the recommendation page click on the green button to take the OHA and you will be directed to sign up form.
  5. What is the Mini Assessment? The mini assessment is a very brief, high level look at your overall health.
  6. What is Full Optimal Health Assessment? The full health assessment is a quick scan of your overall health. It is not as in-depth as a visit with a holistic physician would be, but it gives us some basic information so that we can begin to give you wellness advice. As you give us feedback over time we can personalize this advice more and more.
  7. What are Recommendations? Recommendations are products, practitioners and programs that seem to be the closest match to your general needs. They are not intended to treat a specific condition, but people with similar over all wellness to what you told us have done well using these products. The practitioners are selected to best fit your health needs, and sorted to those closest to you. Talk to your doctor about our suggested products.
  8. I have lost/forgotten my password, what to do? No Problem, please click here to reset your password.
  9. I’m a new user, how do I verify my account? After signing up with SelfOptima, an email will been sent to the email address you provided at the time of registration. Please follow the link in that email to verify and activate your account.
  10. I have lost or never received the verification email to activate my new account. If this is the case, please contact us at support@selfoptima.com and we will send you an email including the activation link to your account.
  11. I’m a SelfOptima consumer, how to edit my profile? To edit your profile, please login, click on “My Account” at the top of the page. In your account page click on “Edit Profile”.
  12. I’m a practitioner, how to edit my profile? If you have not finished your signup process, please login to your account and click on “My Account” to continue the signup process. If you have completed the sign up process, by logging in to your account, you will be able to edit your profile by clicking “Edit Profile.”
  13. How can I give feedback about SelfOptima? We appreciate your feedback. If you’d like to give feedback about a specific page, please click on Feedback logo at the bottom right of the page and fill in the form. To give feedback about a specific question on the Optimal Health Assessment, please click on the “Feedback” link next to that question.
  14. What does SelfOptima do with my personal information? SelfOptima does not share your information. This information is considered part of your health assessment and provides recommendations to you for optimizing your health.
